Step into the tranquil sanctuary I have created at Sparklife, Prestwich on Saturday, 27th September at 7:30 PM for an immersive Sound Bath designed to release tension, recharge your energy, and guide you back to a place of deep inner stillness and rest.

As the Autumn energy begins to make an appearance, September is a perfect time to slow down, reflect, and reset. Let the soothing tones of crystal bowls and gentle instruments envelop you in calm and renewal.

Doors Open: 7:25 PM

Doors Close: 7:35 PM (no late entry, thank you for understanding)

I'm so excited to welcome you back to Sparklife, a cosy and peaceful space dedicated to wellbeing. Let this session be a quiet exhale for the mind, body, and spirit.

• A cosy, candlelit space where you're fully supported with mats and bolsters
• Guided relaxation to ease into the session
• A rich tapestry of sound from crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and more
• An opportunity to disconnect from your busy life and tune inward

• We provide mats and bolsters
• Please bring a blanket, pillow, and eye mask for maximum comfort
• Optional: Water bottle, crystals, journal

• Mental Clarity – Quiet racing thoughts and sharpen focus
• Emotional Balance – Let go of stuck emotions and return to center

Sparklife is located at Stella House, directly opposite Heaton Park Tram Stop.

• Doors open: 7:25 PM
• Session starts: 7:35 PM
• Late arrivals after 7:35 PM will not be admitted (no refunds).Please arrive on time and plan your journey accordingly.

• Please do not attend if you have a persistent cough or COVID-19 symptoms
• You are welcome to pass on your ticket to someone else if you cannot attend
• This session is not suitable for:
• • People with pacemakers or other therapeutic electronic devices
  • Those in 1st trimester of pregnancy
  • Individuals with epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, virtigo or high blood pressure or hypertension
  • Sound sensitivity or tinnitus

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All tickets are non-refundable. Due to being a small business, I am unable to facilitate refunds at this time. You are welcome to pass on your ticket to a friend, colleague or family member if you are unable to attend.

Please arrive on time. We are unable to give refunds for lateness.
