About this Event
This 8-week Tuesday evening intermediate course, students will work to create functional and/or sculptural work using hand building and wheel techniques with an emphasis on surface design using clay slip. Multiple techniques will be covered including slip trailing, sgraffito and layering techniques. A variety of mid-fired glazes will be used to finish the forms— working with the overall design. Glazes and firings included. Bring a towel to use during class.(ages 16+)
Materials Fee: Includes Glazes, Firings and 25 pounds of clay.

Payment will be processed and is required at the time of registration. Students are considered registered when tuition is paid in full.
Refund only possible if student withdraws by phone or in writing at least 10 days prior to the first class— NO EXCEPTIONS.
If the class is cancelled by EFC, a full refund will be given. Students will be notified of any scheduling changes. We will contact students if class is cancelled due to severe weather and a make-up class will be scheduled.
Gift certificates are available for classes.
