Join us for an Evening Run in Central Park hosted by IronStrength NYC and Super Runner's Shop UES! Lace up your running shoes and hit the pavement with fellow runners as we explore the beautiful trails of Central Park. Bag drop on site, we'll have some comments on healthy running after we get back and cool down! Runners and walkers are welcome - distances 3-6 miles available.
