Evening rest – soft yoga class
Do you know that feeling when it is the middle of the week and you are exhausted. It so much happened at work, at home and you do not feel like doing any extra activities you planned for the rest of the week. You need time to pause and rest.
I invite you to join me for Thursday evening gentle flow, a series of movements, soft breathing and guided relaxation. The pause in the middle of your week, to recharge and BE.
During the class we will focus on gentle movements in soft Vinyasa style, bringing together movement and breath. The class will include also some longer stretches creating some space for the body to relax and breathe. The combination of calm movements, breath-work and relaxation will ease your body and mind.
The class ends with a few minutes of yoga Nidra which is a form of deep guided relaxation that helps to soothe the nervous system and return to the centre. The Nidra can help you sleep better.
It can be your weekly space to let go and rest. Committing to regular practice is a way of taking care of yourself and creating a healthy routine for your nervous system.

Cancellation policy and other terms
Cancellations are non-refundable, however if you cannot participate in the series you can give your spot to other person or use the money you paid as “a credit” and take a part in other events (for example yoga class, meditation session) created by Ewa Gniewecka-Hakim, within 2 months.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen events (Force Majeure). In that case the whole amount of money will be refunded.
