Join us for an evening of Pilates at the Helland Village Hall! Starting Wednesday, January 8th, 2025, we have two classes available: 6:15-7:15 pm and 7:30-8:30 pm. Our Pilates classes are perfect for those looking for a low-impact, high-return exercise routine that improves core strength, flexibility, balance, and can even help alleviate back pain. And, you'll have fun while doing it! 😄 All abilities are welcome, and beginners are encouraged to join us. Classes are £10 each when paid in advance for a block of 6, or £12 on the day.
