Recently retired after 25 years as leader of Temple Beth Zion, Waldoks is a non-denominational Rabbi who began his studies in a Yiddish speaking Yeshiva in NYC before earning an undergraduate degree from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a Ph.d from Brandeis. He co-edited The Big Book of Jewish Humor and The Best of American Humor. Recently, he produced, wrote and performed a one-man-show, You Can Live if They Let You, at the Boston Center for the Arts.
