Join me for an inclusive Hatha Yoga class at the Beauty Barn in Fillingham (behind the Christmas trees).Each session lasts a full 90 minutes so we have time to sink deep into the postures as well as dedicate space for breathing and deep relaxation. A typical class includes:

I am trained by the British Wheel of Yoga, fully insured and hold my emergency first aid at work certificate. I have practiced yoga since I was a child, but more consistently for 20+ years. I also taught Biology in schools for almost 20 years. Now I combine my love of teaching and of yoga to deliver a class that I hope leaves you feeling amazing.
