Guided by Evelyn & Dru Ali of Sacred Liiight, the evening begins with a Holy Fire® Reiki meditation, inviting the nervous system to soften and the mind to settle. The experience then flows into an immersive sound bath featuring DJ-led ambient soundscapes, crystal bowls, and Ajna Light frequency therapy, creating a calm, spacious environment for rest and reflection.
Guests are invited to relax, get comfortable, and receive at their own pace. No prior experience is needed.
About the Ajna Light
Ajna Light Therapy uses pulsed light frequencies to support deep meditative states and expanded awareness—offered in a safe, non-invasive group setting. Many find the experience deeply calming and centering.
Ajna Light is not recommended for individuals with epilepsy.
