About this Event
Join us Sunday evenings this summer for a calm, restorative vinyasa flow. We'll move our bodies and our breath, spend a little extra time in some of our favorite positions, and end with a guided meditation to regulate the nervous system. The practice will last about an hour.
Please bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle, a towel, and any yoga props that make you feel comfortable.
I am Charles, your mindful wellness guide. My intention is to facilitate your exploration of awareness, align you with your values, and encourage you to take intentional action. I use methods like visualization, breathing, yoga movement training, functional mobility, conversation coaching and mindful routines. I want you to connect to your preconditioned self, and move from mechanical behavior patterns to a more realized way of living.
