About this Event
Come join us for an evening session in Victoria Park where we will do some activating breathwork to help you move through your day into the evening. These sessions will help you find a sense of calm by focusing on your breath and connecting with your body. Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned regular breather, this session is perfect for anyone looking to centre themselves and foster a deeper connection.
Sessions begin at 6:30pm and finish at 7:30pm
We will meet near the newly planted (and flowering!) wildflower meadow on the North East side of the park what3words location is: ///legend.origin.caring
Things you may want to bring:
- Water
- Comfortable clothes (weather dependant)
- Journal
- Cushion, you will be sat on the floor for the session so if you know you may need one for comfort please bring one, I can provide extra cushions on request if needed
To make these sessions accessible to all, they’re offered on a donation basis. The suggested donation is £7, please donate what you feel the session is worth to you. Your contribution helps support the continuation of this work.
