Eric Mérand, former Operations Director for the Paris 2024 Olympics brings a wealth of experience in stadium construction and project management for major sporting events such as the Rugby World Cup and the Olympics. As the founder of his consultancy, Advise Consulting, Eric specializes in overseeing the operations of stadiums, arenas, and large-scale sporting events, including football, rugby, athletics, and the Paralympics. His passion for sports and extensive expertise in agile project and team management promise to make his talk both captivating and inspiring!
