The Evanston Conscious Movement Festival is back for its second year, offering a vibrant and immersive weekend of yoga, dance, and mindfulness, with a special focus on the theme of Human Kindness. Taking place from April 4th to 6th, 2025, this year’s festival will emphasize how mindful movement practices help restore a sense of calm, and foster the energy and courage needed to navigate both personal and collective journeys with kindness.Building on the success of last year’s inaugural event, this year’s festival expands its offerings led by beloved instructors, therapists, and wellness experts from across Evanston. These experiences are designed to bring relief and clarity in these troubling times. From beginner to advanced, the festival welcomes everyone interested in exploring the healing power of movement.
