Drive Electric RVA will be supporting the James River Association’s second annual EcoFest by providing rides in electric vehicles for event attendees from Stone Brewing’s parking lot to JRA’s Buzzard River Education Center. Please indicate in the comments section whether you are available for the entire event, for only the early shift (11 am to 1:30 pm), or for just the late shift (1:30-4 pm). EcoFest is dedicated to celebrating and preserving our vibrant local environment. Activities will include tree giveaways, free paddle tours of the James River, a rain barrel workshop, and educational booths from JRA and other local environmental groups. We’ll have a table with interactive activities and information on the latest EVs on the market.
Drive Electric RVA’s participation in EcoFest is one of the activities we’re planning for National Drive Electric Month, a nationwide celebration to raise awareness of the many benefits of going electric. NDEM is presented by Plug In America, Electric Auto Association, Sierra Club, EVHybridNoire, and Drive Electric USA.
