Future Media Hubs presents #European Mediatech Networking Event
As a Slush side event, we will be focusing on current trends in the European mediatech ecosystem. We will be speaking with some of the key players in the Nordic media ecosystem and giving some international startups a platform to speak.
In the panel it would be discussed why a media data space is relevant, what the risks would be and how it will evolve into a fight with the tech giants. Along with Jaakko Lempinen, head of Audience Experience at Yle, start-up Meeco will join the panel. Meeco gives people and organisations the tools to access, control and create mutual value from personal data. Privately, securely and with explicit consent. After the panel, we will organise a pitching session for some of the start-ups. First up is AI spotter. This start-up pinpoints the most important parts of any recorded and even multiple simultaneous live-streamed videos, from any camera, with any setup, and makes production-ready highlights available instantly. Second we have DataVillage. They are changing the way personal data is collected, managed and applied to benefit businesses and consumers alike. The start-up provides access to high quality data without burdening you with data harvesting, processing, or legal concerns.
