The third edition of the European Festival: Ukrainian Spring will take place in Sweden on May 1-10 2025. The festival celebrates great cultural figures who have made significant contributions to European culture but whose Ukrainian origins have often remained unknown. We get to know these masters through music combined with dance literature visual arts film screenings and discussions.
In historical excursions we meet Kazymyr Malevych Serge Lifar Andy Warhol Modest Menzinsky Solomija Krushelnytska Bondi Vesolovskyj and many more. The festival's events take place at some of Sweden´s most important cultural venues: The Royal Concert Hall the National Museum the Royal Opera the Royal College of Music Confidencen Klarabiografen Stallet and Västerlöfsta Church in Heby.
