Greetings!John Crider, Nancy Hamilton and I have been working on a new project, the EUGENE JAZZ JAM, monthly sessions that will begin Sunday, April 13th. The sessions will be free to all who attend. They are intended as a compliment to your opportunities to jam and/or otherwise enjoy other local sessions.
The Eugene Jazz Jams will be in a great venue, with a 10'x20' stage, grand piano and P.A., all in a comfortable room that easily accommodates 70+ players and listeners. We will request that you 'consider' a donation of your style and size to our socially-responsible host.
So check out your new website: www.eugenejazz.com. It has all session information, as well as contact info for local jazz venues and active jazz groups. If you are in a group, be sure to review your listing for accuracy. If we have missed a venue or group, please alert us.
