Beginning at 9:30 p.m. on ette hotel’s LIPA rooftop, guests are invited to indulge in a specially crafted prix-fixe menu at Salt & The Cellar by Akira Back. Starters include Sushi, Sashimi and Nigiri assortment, spinach oshitashi and salad. Guests can then select from two main courses: Chilean seabass or Akira’s Beef Wellington. The Chilean seabass will be served with parmesan roasted asparagus, squid ink cream and matcha soba noodles. Akira’s Beef Wellington presents a prime filet, wrapped in a delicate spinach crepe and truffle chicken mousse and a savory mushroom duxelle and encased in golden puff pastry. The signature ette cigar with flavors of passion fruit is offered for dessert. The celebrations will continue with a live DJ, dancing and views of the endless fireworks across the city. A champagne toast will be served to ring in the new year. Additional beverages will be available for purchase. The price is $275 per guest. Seating is limited, and reservations are strongly encouraged for this event.
