Step into elegance and confidence at Etiquette & Elegance with Teshia, an in-person heel walking etiquette class designed to teach posture & presence.

This experience is perfect for teens preparing for 8th grade formal, ring dance, prom, as well as women of all ages who want to walk beautifully and confidently in heels. You’ll learn what heels are best for you, proper stance, balance, turning, walking, stair etiquette, and how to move confidently in gowns, formal wear, and everyday heels.

This is not about height Or weight.

It’s about how you carry yourself

Light refreshments will be served, and each attendee will receive a Heel Etiquette Guide to continue practicing at home.
