Starter: A tasty vegetarian starter of traditional injera-style flatbread on which served with: Misir Wat (spiced lentils), Gomen (collard greens), Kik Alicha (split-pea stew), and a selection of fresh pickled veg - be brave and eat with your fingers!
Main: Awaze Beef or Quorn Tibs fried in a spicey blend of Berbere (a traditional blend) with pepper, cumin and ginger. Served with Shiro Wat (vegetarian spiced stew) and slow cooked Atakilt Wat (mixture of potatoes, carrots and cabbage in butter and spices).
