Learn different methods to make delectable vegetarian Ethiopian dishes, using popular Ethiopian spices. This is a hands-on class where we will be making a medium-spicy red lentil stew, green beans, and a carrot dish. This class also includes making the traditional Ethiopian flat bread (Injera) . All to be enjoyed at the end of class.
