“Leaders are the thermostat for integrity, not the thermometer. A thermometer takes the temperature of a room, a thermostat sets the temperature. So, a leader by their words and actions is actually creating an environment in which everyone needs to live and is impacted” -Robert ChesnutAs our workplaces are becoming more diverse, global, and connected, integrity matters more than ever. It requires leadership from the top, but it also requires that everyone in the company have a shared sense of what integrity means in their workplace and a strong, empowered voice to put that integrity into practice. In the bestselling book – “Intentional Integrity” Robert Chesnut delves into the crucial intersection of ethics and business, emphasizing the significance of fostering a culture of integrity within organizations. Chesnut will join us at Ethics in Business 2024 to share insightful anecdotes and practical advice on navigating ethical challenges, upholding values, and building trust in the modern workplace.
Ethics in Business 2024 will be held in person and virtually, and all who are registered will receive a copy of Chesnut's book "Intentional Integrity."
