ABOUT ETHAN
Ethan Sanchez was born in Orange City, California, and began studying music at age nine in Palm Beach Gardens. A double bassist, his principal teachers have included Douglas Ferreira Juan Carlos Peña, Jeff Adkins at the Dreyfoos School of the Arts, and Timothy Cobb here at Lynn.
Ethan is a frequent performer with several area ensembles, including the Treasure Coast Symphony, Palm Beach Atlantic Symphony, Atlantic Classical Orchestra, and Symphony of the Americas. In addition to his work on double bass, he has also performed on bass guitar, electric guitar, and turntables, and enjoys writing his own music on laptop and guitar.
Outside of music, Ethan enjoys playing video games, exercising, and exploring visual art.
