About this Event
Eternity is an intimate, improvisational Sacred Sound Concert—a living sonic soundscape that unfolds in the moment. Rooted in deep listening and presence, this offering invites you into a shared sonic field where sound becomes a bridge to the heart, the body, and a felt sense of belonging.
This concert is part of Community Bhakti, Sound & Somatics Thursdays, an ongoing offering by Mokshajyoti created to bring people together through sound, voice, and somatic awareness—opening pathways for connection, healing, and shared experience.
For this special evening, Mokshajyoti is joined by guest artist Calin Matei. Born in the Romani village of Dumbraveni, Romania, and raised in the United States, Calin brings a raw, ancestral sound shaped by lineage and oral tradition. Embracing his Roma heritage, his music draws from ancient musical roots of Africa, India, and the Middle East, expressed through multi-instrumental performance and musical storytelling that feels both earthy and timeless.
Mokshajyoti, creator of Moss & Moksha and a trauma-informed somatic self-expression guide who brings her Indian roots in this offering. She is a certified sound healing practitioner, sacred sound artist, mantra and kirtan vocalist, energy healer, and forest therapy guide, with roots in Indian Hindustani Classical music. Her sacred sound work blends Vedic mantras, Tibetan and shamanic-inspired vocals, channeled chants, intuitive singing, handpan, and layered instrumental textures—creating immersive soundscapes that support nervous system regulation, inner listening, and spiritual connection.
At the heart of this concert is a simple intention:
to gather, listen, and allow sound to move us back into the heart—individually and together.
This is an experience to be felt rather than observed.
