ESU members are invited to attend this year's International Council Meeting which will be held in Paris from 5-8 of October 2023 .

Accommodation in Paris is much in demand so it is recommended that, if you are planning to attend this year’s conference, you book accommodation without delay. There is a choice of recommended hotels, 3 *, 4* and 5* to suit all pockets or, of course, you can make your own hotel choice.
The cost forparticipation is £500 per person.
Places for the international council meeting are reserved for 2 representatives from each ESU country who are involved in the ICM. Bookings from other ESU members will be taken on a first come, first served basis. If this event is oversubscribed and we are unable to accommodate you, we will refund the cost of the package fees (not accommodation or other costs) paid in full and inform you.
In order to secure your place, the £500 fee be made by 30 June 2023. No refunds will be given after 30 June 2023.
Terms and conditions of booking:
1. Payment due date: all payments must be made by 30 June 2023 in order to secure your place. Full payment is required in advance please for this conference.
2. Refund policy: No refunds can be given after 30 June 2023.
3. Itinerary: All information was correct at time of issuing this form. However events are subject to change.
4. Visas, Health and travel insurance: Attendees are responsible for their own healthcare and travel insurance, and visas (where applicable.)
5. Flights: Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights and securing any necessary travel insurance.
6. Travel arrangements: all travel is booked at attendees’ own risk and in the event that the organisers deem it necessary to cancel the conference for any reason, the ESU is not liable for any costs incurred.

8. Limit of liability: The ESU cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage of personal items during this event. Attendees are responsible for their own personal items.
9. Personal Safety: whilst every effort has been made to ensure that this will be a safe and enjoyable event, attendees are responsible for their own personal safety.
