About this Event
This half day course is designed for supervisors and discusses employer responsibilities of OHSA's Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) and Hazard Communication (HazCom) Standards, and best practices for implementing the required workplace programs.
A BBP program is required if an employer has employees at risk for on the job exposure to blood and other bodily fluids in the workplace, and inclues training on how bloodborne pathogens are spread, how to avoid exposure and what to do if exposed to infectious material.
