Essentials of Management - Two day workshop

This two-day event is designed to support emerging managers in their role, enhancing confidence and building essential Manager skills. The workshop will provide a structure and toolkit to ensure that managers raise their self-awareness, get the best from their team and achieve positive results. This is a highly interactive workshop which includes discussion, groupwork, self-reflection and much more.

The workshop helps new managers recognise their own leadership style and deepen their skills for understanding and leading their team members and provides a structure and toolkit to ensure that managers raise their self-awareness, get the best from their team and achieve positive results.

Participants would benefit from this course if they:

• Are new to management and would like to enhance their skills and confidence.
• Have been in the role of Manager for a while but had less formal training or support.
• Would like a refresher or a skills boost.

After attending this course participants may wish to attend further workshops which cover other aspects of managing or access coaching sessions to help support and embed the learning.
