Join us in the freshness of the New Year for an evening of restorative recharge in the spirit of WINTER. We will cozy up and stay low to the Earth in this 2 hour experience.
Enjoy a sensory journey crafted to create peace, ease and clarity. Angela will guide you through a combo of restorative & relaxing yoga poses with the option for hands on adjustments. We will end in an Earthy Nidra. We will then make our way to a journaling and reflection practice in honor of the transition from 2023 into 2024. Oil creations to follow!
Caroline will share knowledge around essential oils and how they benefit you physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. We will be using Winter inspired custom therapeutic oil blends to enhance the experience of each restorative posture.
