Join Angela and Caroline for an evening to balance out the active, heat driven nature of SUMMER. We will cool off and slow down low to the Earth in this 2 hour experience.
Enjoy a sensory journey crafted to create peace and relaxation. Angela will guide you through a combo of restorative/relaxing yoga poses which will end in a Earthy Nidra. Caroline will share knowledge around essential oils and how they benefit you physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. We will be using Summer inspired therapeutic oil blends to enhance the experience of each restorative posture and moment.
*This event will include 2 custom blends that will be used during the evening.
*Registration closes Friday July 9. This is vital because we need to create your oil blends!
