Essential Yin Yoga & Book Launch Celebration

Join us for a soul-nourishing evening of Essential Yin Yoga and celebrate the launch of Rachel Joy Olsen’s newest book, “Create & Manifest Your VISION Journal.” This event will be a night to restore, inspire, and connect.

Doors open at 6:00pm and event begins at 6:30pm with with a gentle Yin Yoga practice enhanced by calming essential oils—each guided pose invites deep release into the body’s connective tissues, harmonized with soothing aromatherapy to elevate relaxation and emotional well-being. All levels are welcome; expect longer holds and a tranquil atmosphere where breath and scent deepen your experience.

After your yoga journey, settle into a soulful card reading and short journaling session to spark reflection, intention-setting, and personal insight.
