Keeping yourself and colleagues safe whilst paddleboarding is an essential part of the activity, whether that be self-rescues, assisting others or dealing with equipment mishaps and any unexpected eventualities.
This 2 hour practical lesson will help equip you with the essential knowledge and skills covering trip planning, safety protocols, self rescues, assisted rescues and leash safety, to help keep you safe whilst out on the water.
We will provide all necessary paddling equipment (SUPs, Buoyancy aids, leashes, etc) for the activity, which is led by a professional British Canoeing qualified Coach Tutor. Alternatively, and we recommend this if you have it, please feel free to bring and use your own equipment.
