This is where the Emotional Body Map comes in — a simple guide that shows where different emotions are often stored in the body, and how we can support those areas to find relief and balance.
In this fun, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to:
- Identify where emotions like stress, worry, anger, grief, and fear may live in the body.
- Understand how scent impacts the brain and emotions (no prior essential oil knowledge needed).
- Use specific essential oils to support emotional release and create a sense of calm.
- Make your own personalized roller blend to take home, so you can continue the practice.
What to Expect:This is not a lecture — it’s an interactive experience. You’ll smell, touch, and apply different oils, work with a partner to map and address an emotion, and leave with tools you can use anytime you’re feeling overwhelmed or off balance.
Who This Is For:No background in holistic health or essential oils is required — just curiosity and a willingness to try something new. This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to feel more connected to their body, support their emotional well-being, and learn a natural way to feel better.
