ESSENCE: The Breathwork Experience

ESSENCE: The Breathwork Experience is an intimate and deeply immersive portal designed to expand your understanding of your body and nervous system, equip you with tools to support self-regulation, and guide you into deeper exploration of your inner world.

Closing out the evening with an extended Breathwork journey, where you’ll connect with your breath to move through a powerful process of emotional release, nervous system recalibration, and embodiment of your truth. A reclaiming of your ESSENCE!

During ESSENCE: The Breathwork Experience, you will:

• Learn simple strategies to support yourself when life gets bumpy
• Feel more connected to yourself and what you truly want in life
• Feel ready to take inspired action
• Be empowered to make bolder decisions, knowing you’ve got your own back
• Feel confident to share more of your truth, without fear getting in the way
• Transform the beliefs that have been keeping you stuck
• Experience and embrace all of YOU - and every decsion that has gotten you here
• Have a breathwork experience like no other

What to Expect

A safe space to breathe, be held, feel, release, laugh, connect and remember who you are!

What to Bring

• Journal & pen
• Yoga mat if you have one (limited mats available)
• Your favourite mug for tea if desired
• Water bottle
• Blanket (optional but recommended so you can get cosy for the breathwork journey)
• Pillow (optional but recommended as we will be sitting/laying on the floor)
• Eye mask (optional)
• What to wear - comfy clothes with layers in case you get cold during breathwork journey

📍 Crescent Moon Dance Studio, Suite P, Lvl 1, Somerset House, 57 Thomas Drive, Surfers Paradise, 4217 (Up the orange stairs to level 1, studio is in the back right hand corner next to Leonard's Alterations - look for ESSENCE sign on the door)

• NO ONSITE PARKING - Chevron Island has plenty of free parking available on the street
• Please arrive at the venue no later than 4pm
