How do we recognise and move through old ways of being in order to dance our way towards deep and authentic connections?As we begin to move, we begin to soften, to drop out of the rigid mental structures of our protective system, and into the warmth of our hearts. We become more compassionate towards ourselves, which allows space for connections to arise naturally, because it IS our nature to be connected; to the earth, to our bodies, and to one another.
The 5Rhythms ® offers an embodied Map to help us get present to what is real and move from confusion to clarity. IFS/IFIO offer us tools to notice and be compassionate to the parts of ourselves that create barriers to relating.
