No. Traveling With Cute Luggage operates independently and isn’t affiliated with Essence, Essence Festival, or its partners. Purchase your concert tickets from official outlets such as Essence Fest via their official page and/or app.

4. What is the payment plan?

After an initial deposit, monthly payments of $100 or more will be required for each person in your group until the full balance is due by May 1st, 2025.

5. What are my payment options?

6. How close is the hotel to the Superdome?

Our partner hotels are all conveniently located within a mile radius of the Superdome and all Essence event locations. You can easily get around by foot, Uber, or trolley.

7. What is your refund policy?

For maximum flexibility, all payments are fully refundable up until November 29th, 2024. After this date, a strict no-refund policy applies, with exceptions only for natural disasters or terrorist attacks due to contractual obligations.
