You are invited to support Esquina Tango’s continued growth as a nonprofit bringing art, health, and culture to our city. This will be a special celebration, as Esquina Tango turns 15. Get ready to whirl, Tango, Samba, Salsa, Bachata, and more! “Esquina’s Quince” will be a landmark in the history of this nonprofit and we would love to count on your presence. Will you join us? Nos acompaña? It will certainly be a night to remember!
The Quinceañera has a long and rich history and it’s full of ancient traditions. As you walk into Esquina Tango, on the eve of October 16th, 2021, you will immerse yourself in the festivities. You will swish and swirl in your shiniest, brightest gown or tuxedo, fanciest high heels, and tiara under the twinkle lights. The reception will feature local food, music, as well as a “court” of damas (“maids of honor”) and chamberlains (“chamberlains”). You will be able to enjoy the traditional waltz dance, change of shoes, along with other special dance performances, toasts, and the cutting of the cake.
** Health Protocol for “Esquina’s Quince” Negative COVID-19 test result (within 72 hours) or Vaccination card (with final vaccine dated at least 14 days prior to the event) will be required for all attendees upon entrance, in order to provide a safe environment and hence be able to have lots of fun in this very special celebration! Both physical proofs or photo image are acceptable. **
