Espresso Fundamentals
Come join us at Neighbors Coffee & Co for another in-depth workshop all about the basics of making great espresso at home! Owner and roaster Rachel van Opijnen will cover everything from dosing and grinding, extraction, milk steaming, and an introduction to pouring latte art. Participants will get a hands-on learning experience on the Neighbors' espresso bar and be able to practice on our two-group La Marzocco machine.
This class is meant for the aspiring home barista, and ownership of an espresso machine with some familiarity is not required, but recommended.
