ESPRESSO BAR BASICS AND BARISTA SKILL

If you want to upgrade your barista skills or land that next job, this course gives you a hands-on education to help hone your craft. It covers:

• An introduction to the espresso machine and grinder
• Pouring the perfect espresso
• Grind adjustments
• Cleaning and basic maintenance
• Types of coffees

You’ll also learn about advanced grinder adjustments, pallet calibration and speed training for cafe setting.

** Students will not be allowed to attend class if late 5 minutes or more, please be respectful to other students and arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time**
