Last hour or two dialing any equipment that people bring in and want help on. Or getting to practice with anything set up.
Remaining time will be used for calibrating any machines that people brought with them, and additional practice with the Equiptment on hand. Feel free to bring your home set up if you want help with it.
Plan to have a 3 group la Marzocco Strada Manual Paddle Espresso Machine for demoing different temps and profiles with the espresso.
Will likely have a Slayer 2 Group Steam Espresso Machine or other two group commercial machine on hand also.
And some smaller home machines to have a steam wand available for every 2-3 people to be able to practice milk steaming techniques.
Will also have an assortment of Eureka Home grinders (Mignon, specialita, and atom), hand grinders (Turin and 1zpresso), Commercial grinders, and a Niche Zero. For your testing pleasure.
A variety of beans will be provided along with milk and alternative milks. All tools needed will be available to use or you can bring your own.
