Did you know that Impressionism was considered radical and ridiculed by critics? Let’s explore together the artistic movement that changed the course of art history! We’ll view the exhibition Frontiers of Impressionism: Paintings from the Worcester Art Museum and use Artful Thinking Routines to discuss the lasting changes these progressive artists brought to the art world through their individual perceptions of reality. This workshop will also include a creative activity guided by a Teaching Artist.Participants will earn 2.5 CTLE credit hours upon completion. Light refreshments provided. (Same workshop will be offered on Saturday, January 17.)
