Gnosis is 'Knowledge of Oneself'
When we have a degree of true, accurate and Conscious Knowledge of Ourself, it is a sign that we have begun to Perceive ourselves Objectively.
Yet this Gnosis is not as common as we might suppose.
We think the best of ourselves, and when a small crack appears exposing what we really have within, we quickly plaster over it with excuses of all kinds.
We do not know ourselves internally; Psychologically much less Spiritually.
It is absolutely impossible to come to Know and understand our fellowman, much less the Divine reality in which we live, until we work in the Knowledge of Oneself.
This is a problem of the Consciousness.
This school has as its foundation the Teachings of the Awakening of the Consciousness and the Liberation of that which keeps it asleep.

-Study of the superior and inferior regions
