ESG is NOT Sustainable Development (SDG) – ESG is the thinking, Sustainable Development the doing, we need these two to produce Sustainability Report. ESG Integration Mindset focuses on optimizing financial and SDG goals. You are doing SDG with your own mindset now, and the outcome cannot be the same. ESG Integration Mindset is to upgrade and optimize the outcome of your SDG projects and financial goals.
The world today is in the era of Industry 5.0 “Sustainability” since 2020, but our mindsets still remain in 4.0, we need mindset 5.0 (ESG Integration mindset) to face 5.0 world, because “Change begins from our mindset”!
Most people are confused of ESG with Sustainability, these are two different things. ESG is coined to mean ESG Integration, it’s a mindset, whereas Sustainability is about SDG.
Industry 5.0 “Sustainability covers the economic growth and environmental protection, because no one can afford to ignore global warming or climate change impact, at the same time, no company can afford to lose focus on financial goals – ESG Integration Mindset was initiated to reconcile economic growth (business sustainability) with environmental protection.

For example, logical thinking is a mindset, mind-mapping is also a mindset; ESG Integration Mindset was formulated based on the Law of Success for reconciling financial and environmental goals, by a group of High-Level Experts under the umbrella of United Nations, and the empirical evidence has been established over 20 years to prove that companies focusing on ESG issues have managed to reduce costs, increase employee productivity, reduce risks and create more business opportunities.
We help companies apply this ESG Integration Mindset in organizations, as we are the founder of ESG Integration in Organizations. We have a way to help companies strike a balance between the financial goals and SD Goals, and help companies excel in cost saving, do take a look at the diagram attached that demonstrates how ESG Integration Mindset works.
In a nutshell: ESG Integration Mindset was designed to reconcile the economic growth and environmental protection, this mindset was formulated based on the Law of Success finalized by a group of High-Level Experts, and the empirical evidence has been established over 20 years to prove that companies focusing on ESG issues have managed to reduce costs, increase employee productivity, reduce risks and create more business opportunities.
