Dear Graduands, Families and Friends,
We are pleased to invite you to the ESE Graduation Ceremony 2023 in Madrid, Spain.
The Ceremony will be held on 1st July 2023 at the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofia, Calle de Santa Isabel, 52, 28012 at 10:00am.
We recommend that students arrive at the Madrid Campus, Calle Antonio Maura 12, Bajo Izquierda, 28014, at 8:30am to register, pick up their gowns and take pictures.
The Academic Procession will assemble and lead students to the venue at Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofia, Calle de Santa Isabel, 52, 28012 at 9:30am. The procession walk is about 20 minutes long and the weather predicted quite warm, please make sure to bring comfortable shoes (ladies you may change into heels once arrived at the venue) and not wear too warm clothes.
In order to attend the ceremony, all graduands MUST hire their gowns through
William Northam: www.williamnortham.com. Students will receive further details on how to order their gown via email. The gown orders will open on the 7th April 2023 and must be made no later than 9th
June 2023!
Students who do not pre-order their gowns will not be allowed to attend the
ceremony.
