Coach Ellie's family joined the IBLP cult (the group behind the Duggar family) when they were eight years old. They began their healing journey trying to understand what was wrong with them? Why did their life look and feel like it belonged to someone who had endured year of abuse or witnessed the horrors of war first hand.

Their healing journey has been messy confusing and at times down right chaotic. Now four years in they have taken that messy convoluted process and turned it into a clear starting point for others.
