Join us to celebrate the spirit of Tahiti in a warm, feminine, and uplifting atmosphere that will leave you inspired, refreshed and radiant.

Think of it as a mini island escape. No passport required. Just a pareo and a willingness to try.

You will be introduced to basic steps, posture, hip movements, arm positions, rhythm, and a little history and culture behind the dance. Along the way, you will also pick up a few Tahitian words and discover what makes this dance form so powerful, expressive, and joyful.

This is a women-only class for absolute beginners. No dance experience required.

This is especially suited for women who want to:

• Spend an hour transported to Polynesia

• Top: Any comfortable top that allows you to move freely
• Bottom: Pareo/sarong; tights are fine if you do not have pareo/sarong
• Shoes not required. We dance barefoot.

• Your own towel and change of clothes, if you wish to freshen up after class.
• Shower facilities are available.
