I have worked in the Residential and Commercial property industry for over 16 years. During this time, I have gained extensive experience in marketing properties 'For Sale' or 'To Let'. I have a proven track record of selling and letting property on behalf of clients.
This has given me a unique perspective on what makes a property stand out and I use this knowledge to create stunning images that showcase the best features of each property.
My utmost priority is to deliver outstanding service to both residential and commercial property owners as well as managing agents.

Property investor, serviced accommodation owner/ host & manager, door company owner, Mum to 4 young humans and a bonkers pup. It’s a busy old life! 😂 I started this whole property adventure in June 2020, our company is a lockdown baby!
Since then we’ve bought, sold, rented our way through numerous projects and there’s no sign of stopping yet. SA is my fave, guests are my people and I’m looking forward to meeting lots more lovely like minded nutters such as myself!

Emily Smith:
Originally from Shetland in Scotland, I live in Sheffield and invest in the surrounding with my husband Ryan. I’ve built my substantial portfolio with a mixture of BTLs, Serviced Accommodation and flip projects, often sourced direct to vendor and using creative finance and deal strategies such as assisted sales, lease options and vendor financing.
I’ve been able to scale at speed due to the access I’ve created to private finance. Having raised over £2.5m of private finance, I’m on track to hit my £5m goal to facilitate future purchases.
As well as coaching others who want to make the same success in property, I am one of the co-founders of the Net Gain Club which was started in April 2023.
