Get your costumes ready for the Escanaba Spooktacular Trunk-or-Treat! A ghouling good time in Escanaba's downtown.LOOKING FOR GHOSTS AND GOBLINS
The Escanaba Spooktacular Trunk-or-Treat is a Halloween event where children and families gather to collect candy and non-candy items from decorated trucks of cars. Instead of going door-to-door, kids move from car to car, and trusted adults at each vehicle hand out treats. The event offers a safe, controlled environment for Halloween activities, with participants decorating their car trunks to create a festive atmosphere with various themes.
This Trunk or Treat is a Teal Pumpkin Project event. The Teal Pumpkin Project is a food allergy awareness initiative that makes Halloween more inclusive by encouraging participants to offer non-food items such as stickers, bubbles or small toys to trick-or-treaters with food allergies of other dietary restrictions. The project was launched by Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE) to create a happier and safer Halloween for children who cannot safely eat candy. You will find the children without food allergies are also interested in receiving non-food items during the event.
