Join us for a beautiful 70 minute sound bath experience in Hewett SA, Australia where you just need to ‘Es Ti’ (be you). With limited tickets, this is an opportunity for you to be immersed in the soothing vibrations of resonant sounds, washing over and around you, transporting you to a state of relaxation on Valentine's Day. This meditation event is not focussed on Valentine's Day themes, however you may find it to be a lovely, relaxing event for the 14th February. Sound baths/meditations have been shown to provide many benefits including reducing stress and anxiety, promoting better sleep, and may also provide a balancing of stuck/stagnant energy within your body's energetic fields (may help shift held in emotions). This in-person event is a wonderful opportunity to unwind allowing the high frequency instruments to take you to a meditative space where you can let go of the week behind you - a space for you to dedicate solely to you.
Feel free to stay for an optional cup of herbal tea following your sound bath, offering you the opportunity to ground, journal and/or ask questions/share your experience if you would like to.
