Cormac O’Malley is the son of Irish General Ernie O’Malley, a prominent fighter during the Irish War of Independence and later an author, poet, art critic and military historian. Cormac has published his father’s works in his many endeavors over the past forty years. He speaks about placing his father’s military and cultural role in the context of modern Irish history.
