This is not your typical networking event. Set picnic-style under the trees, you'll be welcomed into a space of co-creation, peer learning, and meaningful exchange. Whether you're an Erickson graduate, trained elsewhere, or simply curious about the coaching path, this space is for you.
✨ What to Expect:
-A warm welcome from host Trish Sta. Rosa, Erickson Coach and alumna
-A guided peer learning circle by Frances Litten, Head of Global Marketing
-Informal “mini-shares” where everyone is invited (but not required!) to bring a short 2–5 minute insight, topic or story
-Light movement, silence, and reflection sessions
-Open-air community learning, connection, and fun
🍉 Snacks provided. Please bring a picnic blanket, something to drink, and a topic or question to share. Let’s create something beautiful together in nature.
Can I come if I'm not yet a coach?
-Yes! This gathering is open to you if you're interested in coaching or would like to learn more about the Erickson Coaching Community.
