* Tickets are limited and donation based. 100% of the donation goes to the instructors and event staff.


  • Date/Time: Saturday September 27th, 10am and into the evening, each class is 60 minutes with 15 minutes between classes

  • Instructor: Kate Manchester and Lindsay Kiracofe
  • Class: Seasonal Shift: Power Vinyasa Yoga
  • Time: 10:00am
  • Description: This 60-minute energizing flow is designed to help you build strength, focus, and balance as the seasons change. The fall equinox marks a moment of equal daylight and night, reminding us of the balance between dualities within ourselves, which we’ll explore through dynamic movement and intentional breath. Invigorating yet grounding, this all-levels practice creates space to reset and recharge both body and mind.
  • Bio: Kate Manchester:Following a fractured hip during triathlon training, Kate sought her yoga practice for physical and mental recovery. Teaching since 2012, she blends the physical postures with the ancient wisdom of yoga to create a robust and personalized practice while being held in community. You can find her in studio classes, workshops, community events, and teaching in yoga teacher trainings with red lila School of Yoga where she creates safe and nurturing spaces for curiosity and empowerment to thrive.Lindsay Kiracofe:Lindsay has been teaching yoga since 2008 and pulls from her Master’s in Clinical & Counseling Psychology, and strong athletic background as a Division 1 collegiate lacrosse athlete, to unify the wisdom of the body, mind, and soul for enriching and inspiring classes. As the founder of red lila School of Yoga, Lindsay is a teacher of teachers specializing in 200 & 300 hour teacher trainings and educational programs for the quality advancement of yoga teacher development. Lindsay teaches classes that are known to be fun and filled with smart alignment, engaging transitions and compelling sequences making even the most challenging asana available and inviting.

  • Class: Balance in Transition: Honoring Change w/Gratitude
  • Time: 11:15am
  • Description: Just as the earth shifts, so can we - with steadiness, mindfulness and community. In this class, you will practice simple, grounding poses and meditation to pause, find balance and be grateful for both the light and the dark.
  • Bio: Maritza is a mental health professional, licensed social worker, 200-hour registered yoga instructor and mindfulness guide. Visit Maritza at her family's medical spa in Canton, Restore Hyper Wellness or learn more about her business, Mindful y Radiante, a bilingual wellness organization creating a safe space in Spanish-speaking communities for social and emotional learning. Maritza is a mami of two tiny humans, Bolivian-Puerto Rican-Dominican and married to her bestie almost 15 years.

  • Title: Pilates Barre Meditation
  • Time: 12:30pm
  • Description: 55-minute class that incorporates pilates mat, barre elements, various meditations such as breathwork or deep relaxation.
  • Bio: Jason has been in the fitness and wellness space for over 23 years. He teaches private and small group Pilates, barre, and meditation classes. He has classes on Pilates Anytime and is a Balanced Body educator. He travels to teach classes all over the US and has written four children’s books, “The Adventures of Frankie Fitness.”

  • Class Description: A grounding vinyasa krama for when you want to feel supported. A 60 minute rigorous practice that emphasizes moving steadily and with awareness.
  • Bio: Dani Reidy is the owner and founder of Arrow Yoga, a boutique hot vinyasa studio offering practices as maps back to yourself. She values both the physical and subtle aspects of yoga and sees the body as the portal to our highest essence.

  • Title: Fall Equinox Flow
  • Time: 3:00pm
  • Description: Flowing yoga practice creatively designed to feel and embrace the whole body on our mats. Sequencing will be designed to creatively move from one pose to the other to breathe and create energy as we move.
  • Bio: Marissa Walch is a full-time, certified fitness, yoga, wellness and retreat professional based in the DMV area and has a large virtual audience. Marissa is a 500-hour registered yoga instructor, certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor leading a variety of classes and provides personal training to clients. Marissa leads local and international yoga retreats, teaching large scale events and creates corporate wellness programs. She’s a proud lululemon ambassador and partners with many other businesses and brands in the area as well as the creator of live well, The Studio.   • Class: Sound & Energy Healing Practitioner
  • Time: 4:15pm
  • Description: A grounded sound healing experience with Bri Alexander Wellness
  • Bio: Bri curates experiences to promote deep relaxation, release, energetic balance, and inner harmony. Her work blends an array of holistic modalities, including breathwork, sound & vibrational therapy, meditation, mindfulness, Reiki, aromatherapy, and somatic movement. Her inclusive approach to wellness is great for beginners and experienced practitioners.
